What's needed to Enroll:
Parent/Guardian Photo ID - If not a parent on a birth certificate, we will need legal documents to prove guardianship and/or rights over student(s).
Proof of Residency (any bill or lease - something with current address)
Student's Birth Certificate
Student's Social Security Card (or just # if you do not have the physical card)
